The pedicures are great. However, the salon owner did my fill-ins a few times, and her work is shoddy, at best. Also, honoring appointments is obviously not important. I always schedule appointments, and the salon owner didn't show up for 2 of them. She doesn't care about leaving her clients in a lurch. My time is valuable, which I why I schedule appointments. She didn't think enough of me to call (and yes, she had my number). I will NEVER go back to Fantasy Nail! Bad workmanship / poor customer service!
