Provided by YPmobileWho the HELL do you think you are, Dr. Walter Zelasko, making a 91 year old lady wait in her wheelchair for over an hour and a half ? ... and in this heat ? Shame on you !!! signed/posted by Dr Lucia R Karnes' son.
We appreciate your feedback. We sincerely appologize for your wait in our lobby due to an emergency patient the day of your Mom's appointment. We sincerely regret that our efforts to accomodate you and your mom were unsuccessful and assure you that we make every effort to treat each patient in a timely and effective manner.

Provided by YP.comSure, we all like doctors that talk to us in normal terms, but admit it, we all want the staff to treat us like we are more than the next person in line. THEY TREAT ME LIKE I AM THE ONLY ONE THERE! They are friendly and responsive. They are willing to answer my questions regarding my co-pay, my bill, or will get me to someone that will. I have an extremely high co-pay, and instead of just taking the co-pay, they have explained to me that they will only charge me what the insurance would consider for my visit. This means that when i went in for a return visit to follow on my plantar fasciitis, where my co-pay on the card is $70.00, they only collected $33.79 based on what the doctor was going to be doing. WOW!! so have i been overpaying to all of my specialists??

Provided by YP.comIt is so seldom anymore that we go into a doctors office where people not only seem happy to be there, but happy to see us (the customers). I will have to say that my overall experience at Foot and Ankle was that everyone was happy to be there and worked together well. I felt at home which helped me feel less nervous about seeing the doctor.

Provided by YP.comI had such an overall good experience that I wanted to share. I was so hesitant to go to the foot doctor because my experience has been that doctors don't really talk to you much or pay attention to what you are telling them, HOWEVER, Dr. Siceloff not only listened to what i had to say to help figure out what is going on, but took the time to talk to me in a way that i understood about what was wrong and explained what he was going to do to help make it all better.

Provided by YP.comI would recommend Foot & Ankle Associates to any of my friends and family. Due to their strong customer service belief, i still get a "personal" appointment reminder phone call and i was greeted with a smile when i cheked in. The staff is nice and friendly and the physician took the time to explain to me what my condition meant and what i could do to help make it better and avoid costly surgery
