I would not use them if they were they were the last towing company in Winston-Salem and I needed my car towed. First of all they are big LIARS!! They don't return calls. They dip and dodge from calls. They come and tow in places where their not supposed to. They also brag about how they sale people's cars that can't afford to get their car out of storage. When you come pick up your car is real shady. This business shouldn't be a business. Very unprofessional.

This place is a scam. Towed my car that was not in a tow zone, when i went to retrieve my car for 220,,there was no one there..it said to ring bell when there is no bell, i knocked on the window that was already partially broken, and it broke more, then i called the number, and the woman was rude, disrespectful and asked me if i had the money, i said i did and she hung up on me..i called the police because the whole thing was very shady...tbey came and then some guy came and accused me of beaking the window and now would cost 260... this is a scam place, with shady characters...i dont recommend. I am a single parent and my vehicle broke down and I had a transmission shop look at it and repairs were going to cost about 4,000 and I had no choice but to pull it somewhere I thought it would be safe! I know I did not live there but I was in a bad dilemma! I called and spoke to Tyra and she said the owner Sean was out of town for two weeks and she would have him call me....I just happened to go by and actually ran into the owners or him and his business partner and I asked for Sean where could I find him and they played games like they did not know! I just happened to google and ask for a pic and these same two ppl came up as owners......but they stood right to my face and LIED! It has been past two weeks and NO ONE HAS BEEN RESPECTFUL, BUSINESS OR PROFESSIONAL! I AM A WOMAN OF GOD! Tyra said they pulled my car on Sept 28 and they said it will cost me $675 not including the extra 2wks that she LIED AND SAID THE OWNER WAS OUT OF TOWN! I AM STILL WAITING FOR CALL AND I FEEL THESE PPL ARE SHREWD JUST FRIM WHAT GOD HAS TOLD ME AND MY EXPERIENCE! I AM EXPECTING AND DEMANDING JUSTICE NO ONE CONTACTED ME BEFORE THEY TOWED MY VEHICLE OR PUT ANY WARNING BECZ I CHKED ON MY CAR BECZ I WAS TRYING TO SEE WHO COULD HELP ME OUT WITH GETTING MY CAR MOVED BEFORE IT WAS TOWED! THESE PPL SEEM TO BE CROOKED‼️

I had been stuck for three hours in the snow and ice before I was able to contact this great vendor. He responded to my call in a timely manner and kept contact with me because he was coming from a neighboring city. When he arrived, he was able to pull me to safety within minutes! I highly recommend his services when you need him.
