I would not refer anyone to Heather South. If you need something done, it will take at least a month or longer to get in contact with anyone because there is no one ever in the office. You can leave a voicemail & they never return your phone call. Their excuse was "I'm sorry but we have other properties we manage as well & we only have 1 person for all properties." THAT IS NO EXCUSE!!!!! When maintenance do come to fix your problem, they always have to come back because they don't know how to fix it then by that time, they had forgot that they said there were coming back. SO IT DON'T GET FIX!!! But you can believe that if you are 2-3 days late on your rent they will put an eviction notice or late notice on door in a TIMELY MANNER!!!! IT IS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!! The photos are not what it really look like. The steps, windows, & storm doors needs to be replace. Parking lot needs to be resufaced. I asked to get my chimney cleaned out. They lied and said it was ok to use but when I did the use it the smoke was coming in to my place (AND YES I DID HAVE THE CHUTE OPEN)!!! I can go on for days!! Just don't move over there. I moved to Linville Ridge and they are on TOP OF EVERYTHING!! No chasing anyone & waiting for things to get done. There is always someone there to pick up the phone & no waiting for someone to get things fix. They fix the same day! And yes they know how to fix things there too. New up grades inside and out!!!! LINVILLE RIDGE APARTMENTS ROCK!!!!
