About Our Company HOME REAL ESTATE was established in 1906 by Sihon C. Ogburn and is the oldest real estate company in Winston-Salem. Sam C. Ogburn, Sr., grandson of the founder, is President of the company and has been in the real estate business for over 50 years. He along with his daughter, Elizabeth Ogburn, specialize in both residential and commercial real estate sales and property management in Winston Salem.
