I would highly recommend them. My air stopped working and it turned out to be an electrical issue. Halea came and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Great customer service.

These guys really understand the needs of their customers. Just like all service contractors from HVAC to plumbing to Electricians... they are all busy. Once one their schedule they do their very best to keep that time. Once they are on site, they do everything within in their power to make the job right. Thank you for you help with adding my new plugs in my basement.

The technician that showed up was not only prompt but he was extremely professional. He was able to complete the task and told me how to take care of my lights in the future. He was knowledgeable and understanding, I will be passing their information to my family and friends and calling them for future help. The technician in question was Cody, he’s excellent.

A worker darren out of winston salem came into my home around my son and 2.mos later left me abandoned pregnant with his kid. Not saying the company is bad at all but that particular worker morals are messed up! Substance not able to pass seen it first hand

Tech showed up over an hour late but he did get the work done.
