The worst place I have been, to purchase a manicure. The staff is rude and they do not listen to your concerns or needs. They cut some of my cuticles until they bled, then proceeded to use the cuticle trimmers on another woman without even sanitizing them first. After just 24 hours I had a nail fungus develop on a few of my nails. I went to the doctor and it was from Luxury Spa and Nails not practicing with clean tools. I have never in my life had nail fungus, from any nail place I have been to. Do not ever waste your time or money at this place.

I have used Luxury Nails and Spa before and they have done a decent job however they made my cuticles bleed every time I've visited.



My main complaint is their handling of the living social deal they advertised. I called to get an appointment using the deal and they told me they had no appointments available. I heard that they have been hesitant to schedule appointments if you had a deal so I asked if any were available if I didn't use the deal and they still said no. I had a friend call and try to make an appointment for the same service I requested but told her not to mention having a deal. Not to my surprise, they had an appointment available.



This type of dishonest behavior is unacceptable to me and I will never visit this establishment again. I don't understand the point of advertising a living social deal if you have no intent of honoring them.
