Visited this restaurant this morning and was very disappointed. Stopped in the restroom first and it was dirty. The urinals were very nasty and it was apparent that they hadn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. Next was the long wait to be served. Really? Only one cashier on a Saturday morning? Then we saw mold in the drink machine where the ice comes out. We showed the manager before we left. I don't know if it has been corrected but doubt I'll go back to find out.

I called Walmart at the Summit Sqare locations 3 times this morning and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone.

I finally ended up calling the other Winston Salem location.

I was calling to find out what time their pharmacy opened.

Corporate really needs to get on to these folks at the Summit Square location.

NOt good for business when they won't even answer the phone.
