Provided by YP.comI paid over $800 to get my shocks and strutts done in July2012, by October 2012 I had taken my vehicle back to Merchant to complain of hearing and feeling my shocks/strutts as if they had never been replaced!!! The employee drove the vehilce and said that he did not feel or hear any thing wrong.They are full of crap!!! I would not even rate them as having even one star!! i seriously would not recommend any person to take their vehicle to Merchant Tires. At first I thought so highly of the company, now, no freakin way!!!!
