I went for an alignment. I know it is off due to the tire wear and the pull. They pulled the truck back to check it and came to me 10 minutes later claiming that the alignment was not out. I stepped over to the bay, and saw that only 2 heads were on the truck. In order for the alignment machine to do its job properly it needs all 4 heads. There are supposed to be 8 different values displayed when set up properly mine displayed 2. When I asked the tech where my other values where for my alignment were he told me that they weren't that important and that it was overrated. He said this to someone that used to do a ton of alignments when still in the car world. After 5 minutes or so of asking him to please do his job properly I finally had enough and asked him to please get my truck off the lift and let me go home. When I went inside I was asked for 15 dollars for performing the alignment check. I spoke with the service manager about it and told him that I was not comfortable paying for a service that was not performed correctly. I was told to take it up with the tech and not with the man trying to take my money. I paid and left after a few minutes of tense conversation. Needless to say these crooks will never see a dime of my money again.

This Mock location has serviced my cars for over 10 years. Oil changes, new tires and general repair.



I like that they always tell me the truth. Not the fastest or the cheapest, but very, very reliable.
