My name is Yvonne Nichols, my husband Hal was a heart patient in your hospital from March 18 until March 26, 2008. We have discussed many times that we are not sure what kind of training you offer your employees/volunteers in hospitality and just plain kindness, but we can not sing your praises enough for the compassion shown to us while he was a patient there. From the front door to the exit of the parking lot, we were met by wonderful, caring people and treated with the upmost respect. Thank you for your thoughfulness and rest assured that we will never quit singing the praises of your staff.
