Absolutely love this place!! I visited the salon for the second time and this time took my daughter. She is natural with hair almost to her waist. The stylist was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the services she was providing. My daughter had the STS treatment applied and I am beyond pleased with the out come!! The first visit I had a sew in installed and went back for a shampoo and style. Prices were great and so was our stylist. I would definitely recommend this salon!

I went to ooh lala to get my hair done, a few weeks ago. I must say I was very pleased with it all. The place was clean and everyone looked and act very professional! They where all friendly as well. And my hair!! Well lets just say I loved it so much I'm there almost every week!!! And going to get a sew-in on the next visit. They also have really good prices. Now I can say that I have a personal stylist. Thanks ooh lala salon! ! :)

I had the "pleasure" or maybe not that much of a pleasure to go into this salon thinking that I would be getting a Domincan blowout. I will not put out names here but if she reads this, she will know that I am referring to her. I get in the salon and was told by the stylist to give her 10-15 minutes because she was in the mirror putting her wig back on. I sat patiently and agreed. One of the other stylist finally got me over to the sink to get my hair washed. It took about 5 minutes for the water to get warm after running. The stylist that was originally suppose to do my hair came over and said "are you sure you want a blowout?" and I responded saying, "what do you mean am I sure, that's what I asked for." So she then proceeds to say, "I can get you straight without having to do the blowout and we would be skipping some steps." At that moment, I got really irritated and told her not to worry about servicing me. This stylist was very unprofessional and ghetto, for lack of better terminology. You will be wasting your time if you're expecting to go here for a blowout. I can't speak for the other stylists but I can certainly speak for her. What a waste.
