You know, one has to wonder if the other reviewer realized his first two reviews were under the same name. You also have to wonder why he thinks because he was taken to court, that's what they do to everyone.

DO NOT RENT HERE, Unless you like court and paying legal fees.



Providence Pointe MANAGEMENT is IRRESPONSIBLE, IRRATIONAL, and HEEDLESS.



I have HUGE concerns about the management. With less than 24hrs notice, they filed court papers for eviction within seven days after the 1st. I had paid rent on time for ten months and without the courtesy of a single phone call I have been charged over 150.00 in legal fees and had to go to court. All because my automatic bank draft stopped without my knowledge. Their notice was a single piece of paper stuck in my door seal, just like they do for the newsletter, so I did not read it immediately.



This could have been avoided if the management would have place a letter in my mailbox or simply called me! Then in court, they tried to charge additional illegal fees that the magistrate struck down.
