I was purchasing a $250 washer from them and spoke to the SO CALLED manager who advised me since the price was so low and that he would not call any references. How ever the day of delivery not only did his assistant call people she called back to back 3 to 4 times and left messages each time like 2 minutes apart. So when I called to ask him about it he acted like it was my fault that he did not put a note or pull my application so she would not call. Then on that friday he advised me that he would refund my money by mailing it that day. But when I went up there the next Wednesday he had one of his employees pass me my money across the table. So he is a liar too. Worst service I have ever had and I been buying from Rent-a-Center for well over 20+ years.
