It isn't consistent, and for the money, it should be, every - single - time! All of their quality control appears to need tighter control, to include the wait staff. The wait staff may need better training, particularly regarding the total product Ryan's means to represent, ie. a completely relaxing dining experience. To that end, it might be worth considering an all male wait staff. Oh well, maybe next time, is there is one.

For almost 30 years I have been eating at Ryan's. I'm from Colorado and I love steaks. These guys do it right. I know every visit to Ryan's will be a great experience; food cooked with imagination, service folks who are happy to see you and want to make your visit special, and management that understands that we have many, many choices for dining out in Winston-Salem.



I have taken my wife here for special occasions and business associates for meetings. Always the same- Terrific!

I've been eating here for almost 20 years. It was my parents favorite place to eat. Now, married at 30, it's one of my wife and I's favorite places to eat. The atmosphere, menu, service, and food are ALWAYS outstanding! As long as I've been eating here, I've never had a bad experience. Five stars doesn't say enough! You really must try this restaurant for yourself. I highly recommend it!
