This is truely an amazing restraunt. Service is fast and friendly. The chefs are amazing with how they interact with everyone and get a good laugh. The food is cooked fresh right infront of you. Everything tastes amazing no matter what you order!! A bit pricey, but for the service, food, and experience it is well worth it. I would recommend this restraunt to anyone I know. So if you are craving Japanese, please please please go to Tokyo!!!

If you are wanting Japanese food, then head to Tokyo! The food is good, the chefs are phenomenal, and the service is great! I couldn't imagine eating Japanese anywhere else! The prices are good and the food is exceptional!

best Japanese food in Winston Salem!!

My wife and my best friend tricked me into going to Tokyo for my first visit to a Japanese Restaurant because I don't usually try different cuisines, but after I got over being ticked, I discovered that I liked it. Now, I go to a Japanese restaurant at least once per month. I have tried a lot of different locations, but Tokyo is the best one I have ever been to. Any time I am near Winston, I make a point to eat at Tokyo.‎

This place is the ideal spot for great food and entertainment. The menu is nicely made and the food deluctible. Staff is friendly and interactive and dessert and drinks are the best part. Do try the grilled bananas!
