Went for an ear infection and told just was wax buildup by Doctor Sparks and got it cleaned. Couple days later have unbearable pain and call in asking to send in a prescription for some antibiotics. Doctor never gets back to me or returns any of my messages until 2 days later and called in medicine that's so rarely used my insurance won't pay for it without an explenation from him. Of course,he doesn't answer when they call to ask so I have to play the waiting game yet again while in terrible pain.

Just came from this place. I was looking for a new doctor and picked the doctor because he had a funny name. Staff were nice but the doctor and the office manager were clueless. Within 5 minutes I knew it was a waste of time and asked for any recommendations. The doctor googled for recommendations. If you have a doctor asking google for personal recommendations then would you want him googling when it comes to your health? No thanks. Avoid this place like the plague.
