I was seen by Dr. Black at this practice in regards to a cavity at the end of May. I received what I believed was an excavation of the decay in my tooth followed by a filling. Yesterday (July 27th) I noticed that a piece of my filling was missing. I was visiting my parents, and scheduled an emergency visit with their dentist to see if my filling needed repair. The filling came out (!) when the dentist touched it. He did an x-ray and saw that there was still decay in the tooth and that Dr. Black had just popped a temporary filling (NOT what I was told was being used) on top of the decay and called it a day. My parents' dentist had to undo all of Dr. Black's work. The dentist I saw told me her handiwork would not have been acceptable for even a dental STUDENT. I have been refunded my visit charge but this of course does not change the fact that subpar dental work is being performed at this practice.

I went for my first appointment today, I have dental insurance. They did x-rays, both bite wing and panoramic, and Dr. Warren came in and did an exam and talked to me about a few things. Then I was told that all of the hygienists were booked for today and I would have to schedule another appointment to get my teeth cleaned! On top of that, they did not have any appointments with hygienists available for a month. Very unhappy with my experience and will not go back.
