I was looking for a place that I could get a workout. When I found Women's Wellness I never knew that I would find a home. It is not the most technical facility or the biggest. But what it lacks in that it makes up for in personality and realism. Not only the people that work there are outstanding but the women who go are caring, fun, happy people. I have been to the BIG gyms and am not impressed with the stale enviroment. The people at the BIG gym seem to involved in there selves and no one would be looking to make sure that you made your workout. I love Women's Wellness, it is not just my gym it is my other home with family and friends. The instructors are top notch also. They are constantly trying to make our workouts better and add a little fun to them. And now a days we all need a little happiness in our lives. so if you are thinking about joining a gym come check us out. You guarnteed to find a smiling face when you come through the door. And get a great workout with people who truly care about you not just your money.

What a fabulous environment for WOMEN! Comfortable, friendly place.. Tremendous variety of classes- LOVE the Zumba! I've been to Curves-type places before, and this facility offers so much more- cardio equipment, free weights, childcare, extended hours, personal training... The list goes on!
