Go Somewhere Else.. In the past Ice Cream was Freezer Burnt but needed Gas the other day and pumps were down at the Hess up the road so had to go here. Credit card was swiped outside but was charged 3 different times in the next 4 days. Called to speak to the manager who initially didn't have time to talk then was rude when she found a moment.. Do yourself a favor and drive up the road..

Today's experience was similar to most previous visits--poor. I own two cars, live nearby and use Chevron gas exclusively. The pump displays are very slow and the pumps pump very slowly. No receipt again today and no paper towels available. When I told all this to the Mgr, he requested that I not return, that he hears this stuff everyday, and only the owners can correct the problems. I stopped using the car wash months ago when a nearby competitor openedand did a better, more careful wash job.

I hope 7-Eleven Mgt will see this and take apropriate action. I will take my business elsewhere until there is evidence of good corrective action.
