DO NOT GO HERE!!

Do not go to this salon! If one of their hair dressers screws up your hair they will argue with you about fixing the problem. Ridiculous prices for crappy service and horrible attitudes. I cane here based off positive reviews but its a nightmare. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their mess. Your money its better spent at another salon! And dealing with the manager/owner/whoever it was the worst ever. There is no customer service here and she has to be one off the rudest people in the"customer service" field ever!

DO NOT GO!!! I went based on the reviews on here... I have a feeling the reviews were written by employees/friends of the salon's owner. I was just in today (literally less than an hr ago) and had my skin ripped off my face during a waxing:( I'm starting a new job in 2 days and have to look like a weirdo with this face (it is my upper lip, so it is VERY notifiable!) The stylist Kelly began with she was nervous as she usually only waxes eyebrows. This was possibly a red flag, but I though waxing a flat surface w/out contouring would be a breeze if she can wax eyebrows, I was SOOO WRONG. She ripped pieces of my skin off, leaving it raw red and uneven due to the missing skin. I sat while she cut my hair with a paper towel with ice in on my face and tears in my eyes... However, I wasnt charged for the wax, which was supposedly good enough to make the problem go away. I was charged for the not-so-great hair cut... I walked out crying, dreading the embarrassment...

I called up to speak to speak to the owner, who I was under the impression wasnt in (as a woman came in asking for him and the girl at the reception desk said he wasnt in) however HE WAS IN and standing four feet from where I was getting my hair cut, but he never approached me to find out why the heck I was holing a ice pack to my face and tearing?!!!

When he called me back, he proceeded to prob how this could have happened (must have been me) I said I have been getting waxed since I was 14 and never had this happen (I am 29 and Italian, so I am very used to waxing!) I let him know that my fiance's mom owns a salon and spa and that it may be thier wax or the wax was too hot... He was very irritable, unkind, and most of all unsympathetic to a woman who just had her upper lip ripped off! He said h didnt say anything because it is up to his stylist to take care of it?!! I said that it is HIS SALON and if he saw someone crying and with an ice pack, he didnt think it was any of his concern?!! IT IS HIS SALON?! He said that they use the best wax and have professionals applying it; to which I said, Kelly said she was nervous, ran t ask advice before waxing, ran around asking others how this happened and how to fix it, even called someone on the phone! He then said they didnt charge me, what more could they do... I said I must just be use to better salons, he said I guess so!!! and HUNG UP!!!

I am so upset by this experience.. I literally have ice on my face, with a headband securing it so I can type this while it is fresh in my mind! I will never go back and urge others not too either!

On a side note, the girls are not professionally dresses, mine wore jean capris and flip flops, with a lil shirt. The girl next to her, who had to be my moms age and not as fit, wore a jean mini skit and too small tank to with flip flops! My hair dresser text and drank coffee or something... I am definitely not use to this type of atmosphere! REVIEWS on here are lies... I learned the hard way:(
