Went to Chilis located at 3142 Daniels Rd, Winter Garden, FL the day before Thanksgiving hoping I can just relax and enjoy a meal before the big day tomorrow, however Kaitlyn was the WORST waiter ever, I have no idea how she got the job if she can not do the basics. My daughter ordered a kids chocolate milk she drunk the entire cup of milk when she was done with her drink she took the top off her drink and the cup was filled with individual straw wrappers at the bottom of the cup (as if this cup was used for the trash cup in the back) when we told her abput it, her ignorant response was, OMG I don't know how that got there (Well you are the one making the drinks, did you not check/look into the cup before you actual put the drink inside the cup) I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN, EVEN IF THE MEAL IS FREE. The Manager Brian could only offer his apology about the situation but it was very obvious he had other issues to deal and gave us a 10 dollar coupon to use, what a slap in the face, I will keeping a close look out on my daughter over the next few days and if she gets sick in any way I be contacting MY lawyer. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP IN A DUMP!!!!!!!
