Jasper Tree Properties, LLC is a professional, full service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout the Central Florida Area (Region). We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords. Founded in 2019 by Rick and Vicky Croteau, Jasper Tree Properties, a family-owned business, is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue by contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Central Florida and its neighborhoods.
