My son celebrated his 5th birthday and the following all occurred:

* We had four lanes and we were told the wrong numbers. The lane we wound up getting was broken for most of the party.
* We got there 30 minutes early and still got started 15 minutes late because there was no staff and we couldn't get shoes. One of our guests waited TWENTY minutes for shoes and finally reached over the counter to get them.
* We had to fight for everything. Getting drinks was a chore, the food was a chore, every small request took forever because it wasn't staffed.
* The arcade cards were never given to us until halfway through after, again, fighting for them and at the time the food was served, causing additional chaos
* The bumpers were not up. It took over 30 minutes to get them up and one lane broke halfway through (in addition to losing all of lane 20)
* The lights over our lanes were out, as you later advised it was due to the arcade...but as you can imagine, it's pretty poor show for a birthday party.
* If someone does not take the orders of the kids, you should have the "event planner" explain that
* The bumpers failed on an additional lane later as well and had to be reset, leaving us with only two lanes for another period of time.
* We had to hunt for balls that were small enough. You know you have ~20 5 year olds coming and yet we were stuck with the largest balls as the other older birthday party claimed the lighter ones.
I tried to speak to the owner multiple times. He would only communicate via Facebook. Would never call and discuss. He blamed call-ins and took no ownership over his inability to prepare for or service this party though it was booked months in advance and I had proactively done several calls/e-mails beforehand to ensure everything was on track
While the owner never bothered to speak to me (which must be a known thing as the worker that day told me he'd never call), he messaged me he'd leave some coupons to play at the counter. Yeah, no.
