This facility is a home away from home. Truly a beautiful place that offers great services for any loved one. Our family are so happy we chose this facility for our grandpa. He loves it here and has been taken great care of. He's given independence and gets to enjoy some of the same things he loved doing at home with us.

This facility is absolutely wonderful for my grandfather. He wanted to live in FL and none of us were able to move with him to help take care of him. We found Astoria Health and Rehab through the internet and he has absolutely loved it since he has been there. He has made so many friends and feels better than he ever has! I'm so thankful for this facility!

Recently my father had to find a rehab center and we chose a TLC faclity, and we could not be happier. We were blessed to find out that TLC has facilities not only in the MidWest but in florida as well. My grandma moved down to FLorida when she retired and we cant seem to visit her as often as we would like. Luckily we found Astoria Health & Rehabilitation center. We are so blessed that they take such great care of her. She feels at home. Thank you TLC for having such fantastic staff and facilities.
