BEYOND EXCELLENCE!!! I've been using this shop for my entire household. Every time I have taken my cars there, the issue was fixed the first time and in a very timely manner. I have personally bought cars from them and they were in perfect running condition and never gave me issues. I have referred a lot of my coworkers to this shop for vehicle repairs and car purchases. Every time I visit D&D transmission of Winter Haven. I'm always met with friendly and courteous service. Whenever I have any concerns about my car they answer all my questions. And the customer service of Mrs. Bibi is just superb. I would recommend my friends and family to D&D for their next car or truck purchase. The father and son Don and Danny are very wonderful as well.

Last week I stopped by with a question about my Mercedes Benz Sprinter. Don quickly diagnosed my issue but due to my own schedule limitations, I couldn't stay for the work ast that time. I must plan ahead and go back for the repair which involves my rear wheel sensor.

These gentlemen impressed me as highly competent. I'm going back as soon a my schedule permits me to.

I have had many issues with my vehicle and D&D has always been there to walk me through the problem and fixing it so I can get back on the road safely in a timely manner. They also continue to remind me of my routine maintenance so that small problems do not turn in to bigger issues. It has been my experience that D&D's expertise, professionalism, promptness and overall first class customer service is simply amazing and great relief making you feel that your problems are in good hands.
