they stole $430.81 from my checking account and I put a stop payment on them.irene downs has SFB.i am filing a lawsuit against sere communities and my lawyer said he has never seen anything like this.he's licking his chops and wants have them served now.we'll see!!!

The company does not return phone calls or any other type of communication in any form of timely matter. The park manager Irene and Adam (whom answer the phones) are also unwilling to send copies of the rules for the h o a and rental property, as well as being untruthful to potential new clients.The road through the mobile home park is pockmarked due to a poor paving job and there is constantly men working on projects that look worse after they are done. There is nobody on premises to speak to at the park about anything ( except Residents Roy and Pauline whom are on the HOA and do side jobs like mowing the grass and doing paperwork for Irene and took 30 minutes to introduce me to the park and inside the community areas just to say they never met me or spoke with me) the communication goes days without being responded to. The owner Ben Roddey does not return phone calls or request for meetings, HE as well as his employees are aloof and unresponsive and unkind and VERY unwilling to help potential residents. The company is listed as having a office in Tampa however when you get there, there is no office for them or anybody there after an employee (Adam) states that it is the address and I can meet with Mr.Roddey on a time and date, they don't even care to call to say they won't be there and seem to think it's funny to have elderly and disabled people wait for them for over 90 minutes while they are somewhere else and can not even take the time to call there own"office" back or even have there own "office" phone number after a hour and 45 minute drive each way to see them. It's seems as though it is just a place to have their mail sent and to make their company seem more legitimate. Please do your homework before you give them any of your time or money for an application to live there.
