Absolutely terrible! Everyone there worked SLOWLY. I asked 3 times for white tips & asked that they be very short, at the tip of my finger. The elderly man who they assigned to me didn't understand me. He first painted my nails clear, then tried to paint a French manicure. I said no, this is not what I asked for, please do a full set with white tips. He then tried to put acrylic over my bare nail. Finally, the woman working next to him explained it to him in his native language & he pulled out the white tips. The next problem was he glued them to the very tip of my natural nails, leaving very little white tip. He did such a shoddy job gluing on the tip that 2 of them popped off! Another woman took over & finished but it was nothing that I asked for & they kept blaming me for it saying my nails are too small & I asked for longer, etc. They charged me full price & I now have nails that look terrible! They offered to redo them if I come back on Sunday but I will NEVER be going back here!
