My husband and I are novice investors. We purchased a 2-family

from Marc Joseph Realty in Florida....



We were told all assessments were paid.... in reality an installment of approximately

6,000 was unpaid. Nothing showed on the Title Policy because it was a future installment. My husband and I are liable for this amount.



Bill Mitchell and Trish told us that all assessments were paid. They were very deceptive. They lied. Please beware of this company.
