Polk Air did my HVAC on the front of my house we have a trane in the back, The service I received was perfect. no mess left and all the work was done on time and professional. We have now had our unit for over a year and the maintance service has been completed and again was great!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Polk Air Conditioning. They were on time and really seemed to care about fixing our unit, which they did. They are reasonably priced and very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C services.

I had the best service from Polk air conditioning and I would recommend anyone to use them. The office staff was very friendly and walked me through a couple things to try to help me save the cost of someone coming out. I have had bad luck in the past with air condoning companies but I'm so glad I won't have that problem again if your looking for a reliable cost effective air conditioning company you must call them!!! When I called Polk Air Conditioning I expected to get the same run around like every company, yet I was pleasantly surprised. Their main concern was to get a service technician out to get my problem fixed. Their pricing was very reasonable and their customer service representatives made sure that every question I had was answered. I will be calling Polk Air Conditioning for all of my air conditioning needs from now on.

Couldn't say good enough things about this company. Like most people I can't do with my air conditioning. It went out this past weekend, I called a couple of air conditioner companies and Polk air conditioning was the only company I had that the lady tried helping me over the phone, was actually concerned about my problem and got a service technician out the same day to help me. It's hard these days finding reliable companies that are honest and hard working but I would have to say there wasn't a single thing I could complain about and really appreciate the hard work and effort they took to get my air conditioner working again.

I have used them a couple times and every time I have had a different technician and each technician has been just as awesome as the last. Very friendly down to earth guys that get the job done

I called them and was quoted a price to do a task on my airconditioner. When The tech arrived he had a bad attitude and said nothing about pricing. He did complete the task I had called for but he handed me a bill for MORE than what I was quoted. I did end up paying what i was quoted but only after calling their office and complaining.



Summery: did what they said they would and did show up on time, but they were very unproffesional and their pricing was shady.

I am on a budget and this company didn't give me the run around like the other company I used. The other company just wanted me to replace my unit, Polk Air Conditioning fixed my unit and the bill was under $200. I will be refuring Polk Air to anyone next time they need AC repair.

I was very pleased with my results after Polk Air Conditioning came to my home and fixed my air. I had called many companies to check my systems and they either showed up late or they would tell me I needed a new system all together, even though it was installed two years ago. When Polk Air Conditioning came out, they were honest and helped fix my problem. Instead of being charged thousands of dollars by another company, I was only charged a few hundred and my air works better than ever. I recommend this company because they are fast and dependable. Friendly attitudes and efficient work are always the keys to customer satisfaction, and they showed that and more. Thanks Again!

I had another company out to my house and they condemned my unit. It was going to cost me over $6500 to replace. So I called Polk Air Conditioning and had them come out to give me a free estimate, when they gentlemen looked at the unit he realized all it was, was a part that only costed $250. He replaced the part and my unit is running and has been running fine for over 3 months.

I don't normally write reviews, however my experience with Polk Air Conditioning has changed that. I'm pretty handy and normally will repair things myself. The reason I called Polk A/C was due to my Mother's A/C going out in mid-September and she lives too far away for me to make a trip for the repair. I was hesitant to call someone without knowing their reputation, but Polk A/C came out the same day and didn't try to give her a bunch of garbage. They just identified the problem and fixed it without running up the bill. The price was so reasonable that I will not hesitate to call them in the future. I'm sure it would have taken me all day (and about 4 trips to Home Depot!) to do what took them only an hour. My only complaint is that I wish they would service my area in addition to Polk County.

Fast service, reliable. Knows what they are doing! FAIR RATES TOO! Really liked their work. My air went out one night and it was really late but they came out within 30 minutes and fixed it no problem. Definitely recommend them!!
