Poor customer service, great misinformation, and lack of follow-up with opportunities. Outdated "job" postings with inaccurate descriptions.

I've been working with Rita Staffing off and on since 2005. Lately, I've been working with them more recently and have been placed with an amazing company! Nilda has been amazing by being so attentive, supportive, and encouraging. If you are looking for an opportunity, please do not hesitate to start your search with them. They move fairly quick to place you with a company. I highly recommend working with Nilda and the staff.

They don't help people find a job, i have been puting applications in forever and they never call me back about a job. I have even called Rita Staffing and told them i put applications in and they always tell me we will get back with you, they never call me back. Now they have blocked me from puting applications in. Not a good staffing service at all.

I went in to apply for a job. I was sent away because they only accept applications at specific times of the day. I came back the next day at the "correct" time, filled out an application and was immediately placed with a company working Monday through Friday. The employer I was placed with released me a few weeks later(on a Sunday) because of my weight & kept my stuff I left in my assigned locker. Rita Staffing refuses to help me get my stuff back and refuses to return a phone call.
