DO NOT USE THEM!!!I have never dealt with such an unhelpful and unprofessional business person. I had thought Hunter was assisting me with my tax return by letting me know things that I didn't already know (e.g.- I recently went freelance- I can claim $5k in IRA deductions if I open and contribute to an IRA... however, that 5k does NOT count if you had employee pension/401k plan for any portion of the tax year). She didn't read the items I sent her in spreadsheet (which I only found when reading my improperly "completed" return) causing me to file an extension (which was one thing she did for me properly). 2 years later, when the IRS sent me a letter dealing with the year in which she filed my return, she ignored my emails and wouldn't help me figure out the problem (though I was living and working overseas when the letter was sent, and I couldn't easily take care of things myself).I ended up calling the IRS myself- all taken care of! Filing one's own return is a better option
