Terrible customer service and very dishonest company.

Do not use this company. Average products, poor communication. A month after we received our "final invoice", our credit card was charged without authorization on a new invoice that was never sent to us or approved. Their shipping company backcharged them, and they thought it was okay to pass the charge through to us without mentioning it. Then, they told us we'd get a partial refund while they worked it out. That did not happen and they never responded. Not professional. Not even ethical.

A we make over 4000 props a year for corporate users and personal use, we have never had an unresolved issue with a customer.

As we build a custom prop, we forward pictures and obtain feedback thru the process.

No one ever gets a custom prop delivered without approval by the customer first.
