squeakers, this is Brian, the owner of Eden's Fresh Co. I'm sorry and disturbed to hear of your recent experience. I can assure you that proper steps have been taken to correct this behavior so that this situation will never be repeated. I apologize for your experience.

It is my intent to foster an environment where these kinds of things do not happen, and in this instance I failed. I hope you can accept my personal apology, squeakers.

I ordered lunch to be delivered to my office last week (3/19) and was told it would be about an hour. 2 hours later the delivery guy finally shows up and no call at all to explain the delay, I send back the food and order from somewhere else whereas that food was delivered to me within 20 minutes and that establishment is right by Edens Fresh. When I complained to Edens Fresh about the problem, they had a very nonchalant attitude like they didn't care. Very very poor customer service and management skills. Will never ever order from, nor will I ever go to that place to eat and will tell all I know about the lousy service and attitude I got.



UPDATE: I want to thank Brian and Tyler of Edens Fresh for going above and beyond in trying to rectify the earlier unfortunate incident. We recently received from that establishment, some wonderfully tastey and very fresh lunches in a very timely manner as promised. Will definitely order from there again and do appreciate everything they have done in this matter. Thank you again.
