Many thanks to the super team at German Excellence for consistently providing high-quality workmanship, fair pricing and quick turnaround time on auto repair service. Every time we have called in for an appointment, we have been promptly scheduled and taken care of immediately. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else to have work done on our Porsche, Mercedes and BMW. In a word, German Excellence is AWESOME!

BAD BUSINESS!!!!!Few Days ago i have found online the German Excellence store so i decided to call them about my leak one of the cylinder that open the top of my Clk. Talk to Rick and on the phone he told me that they would send the cylinder to a shop and rebuild it and put it back for no more then $300. After i drove 40 minutes to get there i left the car and he told me they would check it and called me. I got a phone call the day after ( for one day they didn't touch the car...WASTED ) and told me that the Cylinder was Leaking ( REALLY?) but the price was $500 because he mistake reading the labor time. After i got a bit upset i told them to do it anyway. They told me would take 2/3 days. 4 days later got a call telling me that the cylinder couldn't be rebuilt and the price for the new one was $1050. So i told them i didn't want to spend that kind of money so i would go back and get the car. Rick and the Owner told me that i still had to pay $370 for the labor or they would leave my car completely disassembled. So after i blew up on them i had to go and look for a rebuilt cylinder online and bring it to them. 11 years in Orlando and own Mercedes for the last 15 years. This is the worse customer service and shop i ever been. BE CAREFUL !!!

It has been a long time since I have found good service from a BMW shop, but these guys were impressive. Not only did they fix me car right the first time, they let me know what to expect to have to repair next. No high pressure sales, no random additional parts needed, just plan old fix the problem and get the car back quick. They offered me special on a rental car if I needed it. Staff was very knowledgeable; ready to answer any questions I had and meet me with a smile and a handshake. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good honest work done.
