Just had a cruise package arranged by Janis Baker and Barbara who did the airplane portion. The customer service and communication was poor. Both agents did not return phone calls and only willing to communicate by email, so lots of back and forth and unanswered questions. Our group, which was over 100 was also disappointed with GO TRAVEL which i was able to confirm once on the cruise. I can only hope that this review will help them make improvements in the future and these types of experiences are not repeated. I had used Janis a few years ago on another cruise and she was great then, not sure what has happen this time. i must say the service was disappointing!.

My husband and I have been dealing with Go Travel for years.But they helped us plan the most beautiful honeymoon ever. Lucianne helped us decide on the Destination to the wonderful island of St. Lucia. We stayed at the Sandal Regency and all of dreams came true. We were treated like royalty and they even upgraded our room to the Honeymoon Suite with butlers thanks to Lucianne.
