Formerly Houston's, Hillstone was voted "Central Florida's most beautiful dining destination," and features a beautiful lakefront setting with all tables overlooking Lake Killarney.  Join us for dinner at sunset to take in the great views.  Our menu of diverse American classics, prepared over a wood-burning grill,  lets the quality of ingredients take center stage. We work closely with local vendors to ensure the produce, meat, fish, and chicken are of the highest standard. 

Our new name recognizes the fact that Houston's in Winter Park has been a signature restaurant for our company, Hillstone Restaurant Group, for over 14 years. All of the qualities which define Houston's- genuine hospitality, simple dishes exceptionally prepared, and attentive service- remain the guiding principles behind our efforts.
