I recently took my son in for his first pictures at a month old.. The photographer was very very very nice, professional, and understanding when my one month old wasn't being "cooperative" at first.. : ) She had wonderful suggestions, great backdrops, and skills were right on target with what you would expect from an olan mills. The ONLY problem I had was with the employee during the choosing of the poses we wanted. She acted uninterested (dont get me wrong, I am not looking for her to coo over my son, but dont make me feel like I am the last client of the day and your just trying to get me out the door). She reminded me of a school kid with an after school part time job that doesnt give a rip about that job.. "she wasnt looking for a job when she found that one".. I am going back for more pictures this week because the quality of an olan mills portrait to me is exceptional.. I just hope that particular employee wont be servicing me this time.
