I think the previous reviews are paid for. The experience I had the other day was much less than professional and bordered disrespectful. Knowing what I paid for the jewelry I wanted to sell to be told by this "expert" that it was worthless is well, mind boggling! The store itself smells like mold and deteriorating furniture cushions. If your handicapped good luck, the "experts" friends like to park their truck in the designated handicap parking space not allowing for a real handicapped person to utilize it. Best of luck.

The experience has been very straight forward and honest across the board. I have done business on multiple watches, diamonds, and gold and John has a good business sense and excellent product and market knowledge.
