I'm seeing why after eight months in my apartment today is the first time I've had the pleasure (or lack thereof) of speaking to Jennifer, the liaison between myself, the renter, and the landlord. I've never spoken to someone so quickly dismissive and rude, especially someone I'm giving money to. I've had a consistent and extremely uncomfortable pest issue since the day I moved in, and despite my appeals, noting that I was making a concerted effort to no longer stay in my own home due to the pest issues, I was treated as a pest myself and quickly and rudely dismissed. This office has absolutely no respect for renters, as I assume they're too busy selling mansions to deal with their less financially endowed clients. Six months to replace a moldy air conditioner, six months to fix a refrigerator handle, six months to fix the weather stripping on my door. I would never, ever rent or purchase from this office.
