Dr. Hutjens is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been in practice since 1991. He joined AdventHealth Medical Group from Aurora Medical Center in Summit, Wisconsin, where he practiced for nearly 20 years. Prior to that time, he spent many years at Wright-Patterson Medical Center on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, first as an intern and resident, and later as a staff physician and teaching Fellow. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, and he has a particular interest in treating patients with hypertension, diabetes and osteoporosis.
