Your dryer quit working. So we called had an appliance repair service which found we didn't the right power at outlet. They told us to call an electrician. The electrician quoted a diagnostic fee to find the problem, which was fair. He found a burnt wire for the dryer at a loose connection. He recommend inspecting panel and checking all wire terminations for flat fee. Most of the white wires were tight in the panel. He said this was from when our was built originally. We are very pleased with the professional service we received.

Tech was puctual. Asked questions so he better help solve my problem. Offered several solutions. Gave me the price to do the job before starting the work.

Technician showed up nearly 2 hours later than scheduled. He seemed in a rush to get on to the next job rather than answer my questions. The price quoted for my repair was almost 40% higher than 2 other estimates from other electric companies. Needless to say, I went with another company that gave excellent service, showed up on time, patiently answered all of my questions & gave a fair price.
