I've been a client of American Lock and Door for many years they have provided service at my home and my company. We just moved our office and American provided the security system. We have had a seamless and effortless transfer from our old office to our new location. When we called to discuss moving our account they came out right away and looked over the old building and then we went to our new building. I had a hard quote for the work the next morning guaranteed not to cost anymore.They not only provided alarm work but door locks and our safe move. It's nice to have the same guys doing all the work.

Nothing but problems and false alarms with numerous installation errors discovered after we were forced to have another new system installed after American Lock and Door put in a totally defective system. Horrible communication and techs that are clueless.
