I don't know much about guns, but someone offered me a 22 lr as part of a Craigslist trade. Went to speak to the owner of OGV to get advice about the trade and he was very patient as he explained the value of the gun, the safest way to conduct the trade, and how to resell the weapon later. It's rare to find a shop owner this courteous and helpful to someone he knows is not going to purchase anything. If I ever do buy a weapon, I'd give OGV my first look.

My experience shopping here can only be described as great. The owner did everything within his ability to provide me with the firearm I desired. The firearm I wanted was in the store, but the owner knew that he could get a LE model to me for a even lesser price. In his desire to give me the best deal possible he practically would not let me think about buying the gun he had in the showcase, and pleaded with me to wait for him to get the less expensive LE model. I waited, and am very happy I did. This guy has made me a return customer.

I recently purchased a gun from the Orlando Gun Vault and the experience exceeded my expectations. They didn't have the gun I wanted but offered to order it for me and at a better price than anyone else in Central Florida. That wasn't even the best part. When I was unable to pick up the gun due to a later delivery and other issues out of anyones control they insisted on making it right by further compensating me on the price. Best customer service in the business from my experience. I will be back and I'm bringing friends this time.

deserves no star's. This guy is a total sob. I asked him a question at the Orlando Gun Show and he gave me a not so friendly look and response. I felt like I was bothering him. Keep it up. Im sure your'e whole in the wall gun store will be open for a long time.
