Patricia Cantillo-Kodzis, MSN, APRN, NP-C, is an experienced adult and gerontological nursing practitioner who has been providing outstanding patient care for over 30 years here in Central Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UCF and went on to earn her advanced nursing degree at Florida Southern College. Patti has a thorough understanding of the unique challenges faced by older patients and their caregivers, and she is passionate about providing care to our elder community. She joined the seniors’ health team at AdventHealth Medical Group with many years of experience providing in-home health assessments and health care management and planning for Medicare recipients, having previously served as a nurse consultant, educator and program developer for seniors’ services.
