I had an issue with my ABS & Brake warning lights coming on on my vehicle and stopped by this Pep Boys location to have it repaired. Upon my visit they offered to diagnosis the problem and then provide me with an estimate to repair the problem. I accepted their estimate, assuming my initial issue would be resolved because this is a safety issue. The performed the estimated brake services but my warning ABS/Brake warning lights still presisted.



Now, making that statement? They not only put aside my original complaint. But they were so kind to sell me features of their Platnium Brake service but only provided me with the warranty of a Bronze Brake Service.



When I asked if they were planning on correcting the problem? I was kindly provided with a very cordial reply: "They would be willing to call the Ford Dealership, as to aquire a new ABS computer module and install it at my aditional cost."



To say the least the orginal problem I had had was not resolved and therefore would never reccommend this auto service provider to anyone I knew.



Be ready for the yes man from this place without results,
