Promised me a refund for 1 of the 2 checks I wrote them for my son's pic. Waited 3 months for pictures

i havent seen no pictures yet its over a month now im stilling waitin but i know they will be looking good.

Horrible Horrible company. They screwed up my daughter's school pictures, agreed to reprint but never did. Then stopped answering my phone calls and will not respond to my messages requesting my corrected photos or a refund. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY OF YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC NEEDS! WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

The most important aspect of this company is the pictures. They have great products to offer with awesome photos of your children to use. I'm sure Elementary School photography can be very stressful, but you wouldn't know it dealing with this company. The pictures are wonderful & I will have them to look back on for years to come. Thank you Ritoba for creating memories for our family to enjoy for a long time. See you next year.
