I went to this location on Mar. 22, 2016 to get a replacement water filter, for my GE fridge. I went to the counter and asked clerk, her name was Veronica, for a water filter replacement. I have gone to this location before with the same amount of information (just serial number) and RUDENESS TOOK ON A WHOLE NEW MEANING WITH VARONICA, TELLING ME IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, if i did not have model information she could/would not help me.



I advised her did not have that just serial and that I had bought one there before.



I did not mention I had my 10 year old granddaughter with me and as we approached exit she found computer and looked up the water filter model number for me. Attn: Manager Judith Yordbird suggest Miss Veronica stay behind the curtain she does not know what or how to do customer service.
