There is only one word to describe Cech Bros Volvo, AMAZING! Scott and Del are the most amazing guys I have ever met. They have always exceeding my expectations on customer service and going the extra mile to make sure my 1997 Volvo 850 was always taken care of. If you're looking to find an honest reputable facility to fix your car. Look no further than Cech Bros Volvo Specialists.

I did no have an appointment, my oil change service was over due, I called in, they took me in right away, in less than 45 minutes I was on my way.

I will recommend Cech Brothers without hesitating, over the years they continue showing respect and loyalty to me.

They are conscientious, trustworthy and knowledgable! I've been a customer for almost 6 years and as a single woman who relies on a single car it's important for me to have service that is thorough and timely. And they provide that, too. I admit i had some distrust of mechanics but having switched from one Volvo mechanic to Cech Brothers I continue to be impressed with their expert knowledge and exceptional customer service, (including a waiting area that's clean and attractive for those who aren't dropping off their car). They are now servicing a second car for me and I continue to be glad they are my mechanics.

I've sworn by Cech Brothers for over ten years, and I'm sad to say that for the last two years I've been very disappointed. The last three times I've taken my car in I feel I've been overcharged and the problems haven't been fixed. The last two times I've picked up my car the interior has been covered in greasy fingerprints; I actually ruined a dress by putting my arm on the center console. The last time I picked up my car they had actually broken something that wasn't broken when I took the car in and I had to go in and ask them to fix it before I left.Sadly, I'm now looking for a new mechanic. Too bad, because I was loyal to them for ten years and bought two cars from them. I guess they've gotten so big they no longer care about the customers like they used to.

Scott has always been awesome to our family now the new advisor for Cech is an awesome addition! Thanks guys!

Great service. The Technician did an exceptional job, the car runs like new , also they gave me a ride to my house. I'll be back for my next service.
