Auction buyer beware! I purchased and won an item through their online auction. I have done this multiple times before with auction houses across the country, and check on their requirements ahead of time. I was so excited when one of my bids won. I also received a follow up email confirming my win. Days later, the auction house sends me an email canceling my win due to not reaching the reserve (there was no mention of a reserve in the description or requirements). Then, when I emailed them back about it they were rude & told me it was partially bc I didn't register to bid. Again, I verified all of this prior to the auction. No registration was required, there was no mention of a reserve, (they also had a buyer's premium listed as 0%, which I knew was wrong & confirmed), and I won and received a winning email only to have them say I was canceled! If I had buyer's remorse do you think I could have said nevermind? Absolutely not! Do not purchase from them online!
